Expression of Interest : To evaluate the models of Local Government in Vanuatu
In order to strengthen and support local governance in Vanuatu, CLGF Pacific invites an Expression of Interest (EoI) from interested professionally competent and experienced consulting firms or persons to evaluate the current local government model in Vanuatu and recommend improvements in comparison with best practices.To view the Terms of Reference please click here.
The basic objective of the assignment is to evaluate the models of Local government in Vanuatu in comparison with best practices and make recommendations for the improvement of existing models or alternative models that will suit the local environment.
All EoI must provide information indicating professional capabilities, experience of working or consulting in local government sector and a cost estimate (fee) for this consultancy. EOI close
