- 2009 Financial Statements and Statutory Reports - To receive and consider the Financial Statements and Statutory Reports for the year ended 31st December 2009.
- Appointment of Auditor - To appoint an auditor for the financial year 2010. UHY Haines Norton were auditors for the 2009 financial year.
- Other business - such other business as may be brought forward in line with the Articles of Associations.
