4th Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment in Local Government National Roundtable
The 4th Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment in Local Government National Roundtable took place in Fremantle, Western Australia in mid July. Convened by Local Government Managers Australia (LGMA), a consortium partner of the Australian Centre of Excellence for Local Government (ACELG), the Roundtable drew together more than 70 delegates from across Australia over the 3 days to build on and discuss important issues affecting Indigenous employment in local government.

It was founded in October 1936 by Raymond West and, since that time, has continued to expand its charter and membership services and now has around 2,500 members.
